化粧品腐食ラボテスト
この試験手順は現場で相関しているため、得られた結果は、厳しい腐食条件下での自然暴露によって得られた結果とよく相関するはずであると主張している。 したがって、自動車塗装システムの検証および開発ツールとして使用できます。 このテストは本質的に循環的です。試験片は時間の経過とともに変化する気候にさらされます。
試験片は密閉されたチャンバーに入れられ、次の3つの部分からなる繰り返しサイクルからなる変化する気候にさらされます。 +50°Cで100%RHの水霧/結露湿度気候に6.0時間さらされる。 これに続いて、周囲温度で塩水に15分間浸漬(または直接噴霧)する。 これに続いて、+60°Cで50%RHの気候で17時間45分の空気乾燥が行われます。 サイクルの繰り返し回数は多いため、テスト期間は可変です。
この試験は、しばしばCCTと略される循環腐食試験とも呼ばれる。
