汽车零部件外观腐蚀试验方法

将试样放置在封闭的室内，并暴露于变化的气候中，该气候包括以下3部分的重复循环。 根据JIS Z 2371，在+35C下暴露于盐雾2.0小时。 随后在+60°C的20至30%RH气候下进行4.0小时的空气干燥。 随后在+50°C下暴露于95至100%RH的冷凝水气候（润湿）2.0小时。 重复周期的次数，因此测试持续时间是可变的。
测试周期每个部分之间的最大转换时间也指定如下：
从盐雾到空气干燥在30分钟内。
从空气干燥到润湿在15分钟内。
从润湿到盐喷涂在30分钟内。

本测试标准不允许腔室容积小于400升。
该测试也称为循环腐蚀测试，通常缩写为CCT。
