人工大気中での塩水噴霧腐食試験
EN 13523-8は、高温で塩水噴霧気候(中性塩水噴霧または酢酸塩水噴霧または銅加速酢酸塩水噴霧)にさらされた場合、一時的または恒久的な腐食保護の有無にかかわらず、金属材料の腐食に対する相対耐性をテストするために使用できます。
試験片を密閉チャンバーに入れ、中性(pH 6.5~7.2)または酸性化(pH3.1~3.3)の塩水溶液の連続間接スプレーにさらし、+35°Cのチャンバー温度で1.0~2.0ml/80cm²/時間の速度で試験片に落下します。 この気候は一定の定常状態条件下で維持されます。 テスト期間は可変です。
EN 13523-8試験は、NSS、ASS & CASS試験とも呼ばれます。
