腐食および関連特性試験 – 中性塩水噴霧試験
高温で塩水噴霧気候にさらされた場合の金属基材上の無機および有機コーティングの腐食に対する相対耐性をテストするために使用できます。
試験片を密閉されたチャンバーに入れ、中性(pH 6.5~7.2)の塩水溶液の連続的な間接スプレーにさらし、1.0~2.0ml/80cm²/時間の速度で試験片に落下させ、チャンバー温度+35Cで。 この気候は一定の定常状態条件下で維持されます。 テスト期間は可変です。
このテストは、NSS テストとも呼ばれます。
200リットル未満のチャンバー容積は、この試験規格では許可されていません。
