The Ascott technical support card
CURRENT CUSTOMERS:
Current customers with an Ascott technical support card should access the after sales technical support services via the Customer Login link on any page.
When you purchase an Ascott chamber you are issued with an Ascott technical support card which enables you to:
1. During the product Warranty period - access free-of-charge technical support by telephone, email and via the Ascott web site where up-to-the-minute service bulletins are a source of valuable information. Spares/accesories lists are also available on the web site and in certain countries these can be purchased on-line.
2. After the Warranty period for customers who do not have the possibility of a visit by an Ascott engineer or do not require a visit as they have the facilities to look after the equipment themselves, we offer two alternative remote technical support packages:
SILVER PACKAGE - a 12 month unlimited access to the after sales service bulletins and spares lists posted on this website plus up to 10 replies to after sales service queries answered by an Ascott service engineer by telephone, fax or email.
GOLD PACKAGE - this is the same as the Silver Package above, but offers unlimited replies to after sales service queries answered by an Ascott service engineer.
